Delivery / Shipping Policy
Our promise to all our customers is to deliver their flowers or gifts within the same day if the order is placed by 2pm.
If your order is placed after 2pm then we will deliver your order the following day.
Delivery costs vary depending on the distance from our shop in Malvern East.
Average delivery days will be X days up to a maximum of X days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY.
Refund / Returns Policy
We do not accept any floral arrangements or bouquets for return or exchange that are purchased online due to change of mind. We cannot refund or cancel your order once the order is placed online , unless other circumstances are discussed with one of our staff directly on (03) 9572 2994.
***During special holidays /public holidays (eg; Valentine’s Day, Christmas ect) , we DO NOT REFUND under any circumstances.
We can offer an exchange in-store only if you purchase a gift such as our range of candles, diffusers or toys proiding they are unused, unopened and with tags attached.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.
